芍药和牡丹的组织培养及遗传转化体系构建

摘 要:

摘要: 芍药(Paeonia lactiflora)和牡丹(P. suffruticosa)的组织培养技术经过了多年的发展, 至今仍存在着褐化、玻璃化和污染严重, 以及分化困难、再生效率不高、生根难等问题。本篇综述论述了芍药和牡丹组织培养体系构建的研究进展, 同时探讨了它们的遗传转化体系研究现状, 这有助于全面了解芍药和牡丹的组织培养进展, 并为将来构建其稳定、高效的过表达和敲除/沉默体系提供参考。

Abstract:

After years of development, there are still some problems in tissue culture process of P. lactiflora and P. suffruticosa, such as browning, vitrifcation, serious pollution, difcult differentiation, low regeneration efciency, difcult rooting and so on. To facilitate the establishment of an efcient tissue culture system, this review summarizes the research progress in the construction of tissue culture system of P. lactiflora and P. suffruticosa, and discusses the research status of their genetic transformation system, which is helpful to fully understand the tissue culture progress of these two traditional famous flowers. It also provides a reference for the construction of stable and efcient overexpression and knockout/silencing system of P. lactiflora and P. suffruticosa in the future.
